As Construction Manager:

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for all on-site construction activities—ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery across the project.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day site operations on a live industrial construction site.
  
  
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and all project stakeholders.
  
  
• Maintain programme targets and ensure milestones are met.
  
  
• Deliver the project within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
  
  
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  
  
• Implement and enforce health, safety, quality, and environmental controls.
  
  
• Actively resolve site challenges and maintain smooth workflow.
  
  
• Mentor and guide the site team and promote a collaborative working culture.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction management with a Main Contractor.
  
  
• At least 5 years of experience working on major projects in Leinster.
  
  
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering, or similar.
  
  
• A strong commercial understanding and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  
  
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
  
  
• Excellent IT skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, etc.).
  
  
• A deep understanding of Irish building regulations and industrial project requirements.

• €110,000 – €120,000 (DOE) + full benefits package.
