Job title: Civils Supervisor – Major Data Centre Project
Location: Finland
Company: European Data Centre Contractor
Package: €80,000 to €85,000 + €250 net per week living away allowance + 17 / 4 rotation + accommodation + return flights

This European contractor delivers major data centre and mission critical construction projects across the Nordic region and wider European market.
With a strong pipeline of large scale data centre developments, they are looking for an experienced Civils Supervisor to support the delivery of a major €multi million project in Finland.
The Role: Civils Supervisor
As Civils Supervisor, you will take responsibility for day to day civil works on site, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme.
You will work closely with the Construction Manager, engineering team and subcontractors across groundworks, drainage, concrete, utilities and associated external works.

You will be an experienced Civils Supervisor with a practical understanding of large scale construction projects and strong subcontractor coordination skills.
You should be comfortable working on a busy data centre site, driving progress and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and programme delivery.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience supervising civil works on large construction projects
- Proven experience required coordinating civil subcontractors and site crews
- Experience working on data centre, industrial or large scale commercial projects is required
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, quality control and programme delivery
Preferred Experience
- Data centre construction experience preferred
- Previous experience working on European projects beneficial
- Experience with groundworks, drainage, utilities and concrete works preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities on site
- Coordinate civil subcontractors, plant and labour
- Monitor works against the construction programme
- Oversee groundworks, drainage, utilities, concrete and external works
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Carry out quality checks and maintain site records
- Liaise with engineers, management and other trade supervisors
- Identify programme or site issues before they impact delivery
About You
You will be an experienced Civils Supervisor with a practical understanding of large scale construction projects and strong subcontractor coordination skills.
You should be comfortable working on a busy data centre site, driving progress and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and programme delivery.
