Job title: Civils Foreman – €Multi Million Data Centre
Location: Sweden
Company: International Data Centre Contractor
Package: €75,000 to €80,000 + 17/4 rotation + €250 net weekly allowance + accommodation + return flights
The Company
An international contractor delivering major data centre and mission critical projects across Europe.
They are currently delivering a multi million euro data centre development in Sweden and are looking for an experienced Civils Foreman to strengthen the site team. The contractor has a strong European project pipeline, providing good long term prospects beyond the current project.
The Role: Civils Foreman
As Civils Foreman, you will take responsibility for the day to day supervision of civil works on this data centre project in Sweden.
You will coordinate subcontractors and site crews across groundworks, drainage, concrete and associated civils packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and in line with drawings and quality requirements.

About You
You are an experienced Civils Foreman with a hands on approach to site delivery. You can manage subcontractors, organise daily works and keep civil packages moving safely and efficiently.
Experience on data centres or other large industrial projects would suit the role particularly well.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a Civils Foreman, Civil Supervisor or similar
- Proven experience required managing civil works on large construction projects
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and site crews
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety, drawings and quality control
Preferred Experience
- Data centre, industrial or large scale construction experience preferred
- Experience with groundworks, drainage and concrete packages beneficial
- Previous overseas or European project experience advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day civil works on site
- Coordinate groundworks, drainage, concrete and associated civil packages
- Manage subcontractors and monitor productivity
- Drive works in line with the construction programme
- Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards
- Review drawings and coordinate works with engineering teams
- Report progress and flag programme or site issues early
