About the Role
As Civils Foreman, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the groundworks, drainage, utilities, and structural civils elements of a €5m+ commercial development. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will ensure all civils works are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards.

About the Role
As Civils Foreman, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the groundworks, drainage, utilities, and structural civils elements of a €5m+ commercial development. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will ensure all civils works are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all civils works on site.
- Oversee groundworks, drainage, utilities, and structural elements.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Manage site crews and subcontractors to maintain progress.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and resources for efficiency.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Engineers to meet project milestones.
- Proactively resolve issues to keep works on track.
What You Need
- 5+ years’ experience as a Civils Foreman with a main contractor.
- Strong background in groundworks, drainage, and concrete/structural works.
- Proven experience on high-value commercial or industrial builds.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity.
