We are seeking an experienced Building Services BIM Specialist to join a leading multi-disciplined mechanical and electrical contractor in Dublin.
You will support the delivery of complex construction projects, producing coordinated 3D models, drawings, and asset information while collaborating with project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
This role is office-based and ideal for someone with strong Revit, Navisworks, and M&E coordination experience.

Building Services BIM Specialist Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM, Revit, and Navisworks
- Strong experience coordinating mechanical and electrical building services
- Excellent IT skills including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Mechanical or electrical trade background an advantage
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-functional project team
- Experience producing as-built drawings, COBie data, asset information models, and BIM renders
- Experience with point cloud data is advantageous
- Produce collaborative 3D BIM models and associated drawings for mechanical and electrical services
- Input model elements with required graphic and data detail
- Coordinate and monitor incoming/shared models and perform clash detection, producing weekly clash reports
- Liaise closely with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor
- Lead weekly project coordination meetings and manage updates to construction drawings
- Produce AutoCAD M&E schematics and images for reports using BIM renders
- Deliver BIM models and data for both live and tender projects
- Produce as-built drawings, asset information models, and maintain data in accordance with COBie standards
- Adhere to company Safety Statement, Quality Management System, and all relevant policies and procedures
- Support resolution of coordination issues across M&E services
