We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join a leading mechanical and electrical contractor supporting a major semiconductor manufacturing site in Leixlip, Kildare.
You will be responsible for modelling HVAC services, coordinating with trade contractors, and supporting fabrication and construction teams to ensure design intent is accurately delivered on-site.
This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent exposure to high-tech, multi-discipline projects.

BIM Engineer Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM coordination within semiconductor or high-tech facilities, specifically Intel projects
- Proficient in Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CADWorx (Plant 3D preferred)
- Experience in generating fabrication packs and coordinating with fabrication/construction teams
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services modelling
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline design environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
- Model HVAC services and coordinate designs with partnered trade contractors on-site
- Collaborate with BIM Engineers, Fabrication, Construction, and Commercial teams
- Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design teams, and client representatives
- Present completed designs for review and approval by client representatives
- Generate and issue fabrication packs to fabrication and construction teams
- Perform QA/QC on design work carried out by yourself and other BIM engineers
- Ensure all modelling meets client and company BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards
- Liaise with construction and fabrication teams to communicate design intent and validate against site conditions
