The Company
This specialist building services contractor designs and delivers prefabricated MEP and energy solutions for projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Based in Dundalk, Co Louth, their work combines BIM, building services design and offsite manufacturing, with systems designed and coordinated before being manufactured and delivered to site.
The Role: BIM Technician
As BIM Technician, you will work with the BIM and Design teams to produce coordinated Revit MEP models and drawings for mechanical and electrical building services.
You will support projects from design coordination through offsite manufacture and installation, gaining hands-on experience in BIM, prefabrication and digital construction.
Must Have Requirements
You will have a good working knowledge of Revit and an interest in MEP design, BIM coordination and offsite construction.
You should be technically minded, accurate and keen to develop your experience in fabrication-level modelling and coordinated building services design.

The Role: BIM Technician
As BIM Technician, you will work with the BIM and Design teams to produce coordinated Revit MEP models and drawings for mechanical and electrical building services.
You will support projects from design coordination through offsite manufacture and installation, gaining hands-on experience in BIM, prefabrication and digital construction.
Must Have Requirements
- Must have 1+ years’ experience within a BIM, CAD or MEP design environment, including relevant placement experience.
- Hands on Autodesk Revit experience required.
- Good understanding of 3D modelling and technical drawing production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Digital Construction qualification beneficial.
- Navisworks or Revizto experience advantageous.
- Prefabrication or fabrication-level modelling experience preferred.
- Produce and update Revit MEP models for mechanical and electrical services.
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection with architectural and structural models.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts and fabrication drawing packs from coordinated models.
- Update models following design changes and fabrication revisions.
- Use Revizto to support model reviews, coordination and issue tracking.
- Maintain model information and version control within the CDE.
- Work with engineers, Project Managers and fabrication teams to ensure accurate information is issued to programme.
