The Dublin office acts as a key hub for design coordination and BIM management on multiple live data centre developments. Their BIM team plays a central role in ensuring technical accuracy, clash free coordination and programme certainty on fast track projects.
The Role – BIM Technician MEP
As a BIM Technician with an MEP focus, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed 3D mechanical and electrical models for complex data centre projects.
You will work closely with design managers, project engineers and site teams to ensure all models are aligned with the BIM Execution Plan and delivered in line with coordination milestones. Your work will directly impact installation efficiency, quality control and programme delivery on high value mission critical builds.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D MEP models using Revit for large scale data centre projects
- Produce coordinated 2D drawings, layouts, schedules and technical documentation
- Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical services within multi discipline models
- Ensure all modelling outputs align with project BIM Execution Plans
- Support design coordination meetings and contribute to technical problem solving
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate model updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Minimum 2 years experience in a BIM Technician role with a strong MEP bias
- Proven experience using Revit MEP on large construction or engineering projects
- Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience delivering BIM models across multiple large scale projects
- Relevant qualification in engineering, building services or a related discipline
- Highly organised with strong communication and time management skills
- Detail focused with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical services coordination
