Job title: BIM Modeller – Building Services
Location: Dublin, Co Dublin
Company: Established Irish M&E Contractor
Package: €50,000 to €60,000 DOE + package
The Company
This established Irish M&E contractor delivers mechanical and electrical building services across commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial and fit out projects in Ireland and Europe.
Based from their Dublin office, they are looking for a BIM Modeller to join the engineering and drawing office team, working closely with BIM, engineering and project delivery teams on technically detailed M&E projects.
The Role: BIM Modeller
As BIM Modeller, you will produce and coordinate detailed mechanical building services models covering HVAC, piping, chilled water, heating, ventilation, fire protection, brackets, supports and builders' openings.
You will work closely with the BIM Manager, Mechanical Engineers and site teams, using Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud to resolve clashes and ensure accurate coordinated information is available for construction.
Must Have Requirements
You will have strong Revit skills backed by a practical understanding of mechanical building services and how systems are installed on site.
You should be accurate, organised and comfortable working with engineers, BIM teams and site personnel to resolve coordination issues and keep models moving in line with the construction programme.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in a BIM Modeller role within building services or construction.
- Strong hands on experience using Revit Mechanical and Navisworks is required.
- Good technical understanding of mechanical building services systems.
- Experience producing coordinated BIM models for live construction projects is required.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud experience beneficial.
- Revit Assembly and Fabrication Parts experience preferred.
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or large commercial project experience advantageous.
- Develop and maintain detailed mechanical BIM models.
- Coordinate mechanical services with electrical, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Carry out clash detection and work with project teams to resolve coordination issues.
- Produce model information, schedules and quantities for engineering, procurement and site teams.
- Maintain models in line with BIM Execution Plans and required LOD standards.
- Support site teams with BIM related RFIs and technical coordination.
- Develop red line and as built models through construction and final handover.
You will have strong Revit skills backed by a practical understanding of mechanical building services and how systems are installed on site.
You should be accurate, organised and comfortable working with engineers, BIM teams and site personnel to resolve coordination issues and keep models moving in line with the construction programme.
