With a strong pipeline of modular classroom projects, the business combines factory-based manufacturing with efficient site installation, maintaining a strong focus on programme delivery, quality finishes and practical construction management.
The Role: Site Manager
This Site Manager role will be based in County Kildare and will involve managing the delivery of modular classroom projects from factory coordination through to site installation and completion.
You will work closely with the project team, factory operations, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure units are produced, transported and installed in line with programme, quality and health and safety requirements.
A good understanding of offsite construction is important for the role, while previous experience working within a modular manufacturing or factory environment would be a strong advantage.
Must Have Requirements:
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a practical understanding of how modular and offsite construction projects are delivered.
You should be comfortable coordinating both factory and site activities, managing subcontractors and maintaining tight installation programmes. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail will be important, particularly around logistics, quality finishes and handover.

- Education or modular classroom project experience preferred
- Experience coordinating transport, cranage and site installation of modular units beneficial
- Strong knowledge of quality control and snagging processes
- Manage day-to-day site operations across modular classroom projects
- Coordinate factory production requirements with site programme and installation dates
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
- Oversee delivery, cranage and installation of modular units
- Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the works
- Monitor programme progress and address any delays or site issues
- Manage quality control, snagging and final finishes
- Liaise with the Project Manager, factory team and client representatives
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates
- Drive projects through completion and handover
