The Role – Site Manager:

You will play a critical role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and maintaining strict control over health and safety, while minimising disruption to ongoing hospital operations.

- Manage all on-site construction activities on a live healthcare refurbishment project
- Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, particularly within a live environment
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and project milestones
- Monitor quality of works and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, and client representatives
- Oversee site documentation, reporting, and daily records
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or rework
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or healthcare projects
- Strong background working in live environments is highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site management
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive teams
- Highly organised with a focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment
- Trade or construction-related qualification preferred
