Known for their professional site teams, strong delivery standards, and long-term staff retention, they continue to secure major construction projects across Munster and the wider Irish market. They are currently delivering a significant multi-million euro hospitality development in Co Clare with a strong programme of work extending well beyond this project.
The Role: Site Manager
This is a key Site Manager role on a large scale concrete frame and civils hospitality development in Co Clare.
You will take the project from early groundworks through RC frame construction and into fit out and high end finishing stages, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager. The role will involve managing subcontractors, coordinating programme delivery, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the build.
This is a well-resourced project with experienced management support already in place, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging build within a structured main contractor environment.
The role will suit a Site Manager who is comfortable managing large site teams, driving programme delivery, and maintaining high quality finishes on a fast-moving construction project.

About You
You are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background delivering large scale building projects for a main contractor. You are confident managing subcontractors and site teams within a live construction environment and have proven experience driving programme delivery on concrete frame developments.
You understand the importance of quality finishes, safety compliance, and maintaining strong communication with both the commercial team and senior management. You are organised, hands on, and capable of keeping a project moving efficiently through each phase of construction.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 7 years’ experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
- Proven experience required as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or Foreman on large construction projects
- Hands on experience required on concrete frame or RC frame developments
- Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, and health & safety management
- Construction related qualification or strong trades background required
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality or high end commercial project experience preferred
- Experience managing projects from groundworks through to handover beneficial
- Strong reporting and communication skills with senior management and design teams
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct site teams
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme targets and project milestones
- Maintain high standards of health & safety on site
- Report regularly to the Contracts Manager on progress and site performance
- Monitor quality control and ensure works comply with specifications and building regulations
- Drive programme delivery from groundworks through RC frame and finishing stages
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure smooth coordination between trades
