Overview:
A fantastic role for a Site Engineer to join one of Ireland's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on the delivery of a landmark €multi-million apartment project in County Cork.
The project consists of the construction of two high quality apartment blocks ranging from 4 to 9 storeys, delivering over 100 apartment units alongside a retail unit, gym, shared workspace, landscaped courtyard, rooftop garden and significant public realm improvements.
You'll join an experienced project team delivering a technically challenging development involving reinforced concrete structures, high quality finishes, complex coordination and strict quality standards throughout.
This contractor has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting out and surveying using Total Station and GPS equipment while ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality through inspections, concrete testing, QA documentation and pre-pour checks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme milestones.
- Support the Site Manager and Senior Engineer with planning, sequencing and the successful delivery of all engineering activities.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with an Irish Main Contractor.
- Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Experience on RC frame or multi storey building projects is advantageous.
