Location: Co. Wexford
The Project: 70 Unit Residential Housing Development
The Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 Package
Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well established Irish company delivering a 70 unit housing scheme in Co. Wexford. The project itself comprises a high quality housing development with associated infrastructure works.
You will play a key role on site, taking ownership of setting out, quality control, and subcontractor coordination. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive engineer who is comfortable taking responsibility, communicating effectively with site teams, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, this position offers strong technical exposure, responsibility and long-term career progression within a stable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out using Total Station and GPS.
- Managing day-to-day engineering activities on site
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience working on residential projects in Ireland.
- Strong setting out and surveying skills using modern equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
