Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out for foundations, floor slabs, blockwork, services, and RC frame structures.
- Coordinating site drawings and ensuring works are carried out to specification.
- Supervising and liaising with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Assisting with the supervision of groundworks, civil engineering contractors, and concrete frame contractors.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
- Strong setting-out and surveying skills with modern instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
