Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate setting out and surveying using GPS and Total Station.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure the works are carried out in line with the drawings.
- Maintain and update records of site measurements, as-builts, and technical data.
- Monitor site levels and ensure all works comply with the design and specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in Ireland.
- Strong skills in Total Station, GPS, and setting out equipment.
- A solid understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.
