Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role on civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily outputs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a sharp focus on programme and quality.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day site management, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of works.
- Coordinate and supervise direct labour, subcontractors, and plant/equipment on site.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to plan ahead, manage resources, and keep works on programme.
- Ensure all works meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
