This is an opportunity for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to take ownership of all surveying and setting out activities on a large scale civil infrastructure project in Co. Louth.
This role will suit a detail driven engineer who enjoys working with cutting edge surveying technology and wants full responsibility for accuracy and control on a major project.
You’ll be a key technical lead on site, working closely with senior management and plant teams to ensure precision across all phases of the works.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out precise setting out for earthworks, drainage, roadworks, utilities and structural elements
- Generate and manage as-built surveys and maintain accurate digital records of completed works
- Ensure all surveying and site activities are carried out in line with H&S and environmental standards
- Prepare and track volume calculations and weekly progress measurements, as well as integrating and managing data for machine control systems across plant on site
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in a Setting Out/Surveying role in Ireland
- Strong experience using GPS, Robotic Total Stations and surveying software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage survey data effectively

Salary will range from €65,000 – €70,000 (depending on experience), along with:
- Fully expensed company vehicle
- Fuel card
- Matched pension (increasing with service)
- Long term work in the Louth/North Dublin region
