Join a highly respected Irish residential developer delivering a major €15m+ housing development in Co. Wexford.
The project consists of close to 100 new homes across a mix of houses and duplex units, alongside significant civil engineering and infrastructure works including new roads, drainage, utilities, services, footpaths and all other associated external works.
With a long term programme of work ahead, this is an excellent opportunity for a Setting Out Engineer looking for a secure role where you can gain strong exposure to both residential construction and civil engineering works.
You'll be joining an established Irish developer with 30+ years of experience that has delivered thousands of new homes and has built a strong reputation for their quality, attention to detail and well designed energy efficient developments.
They take projects from planning right through to completion, meaning their engineering and site teams get excellent exposure across the full development lifecycle rather than working on one isolated element of a project.
You'll be working alongside an experienced site management team and will have real responsibility for setting out, quality control and the coordination of civil and residential works across the whole development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Setting Out Engineer looking for long term work in County Wexford with a developer known for delivering high quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out accurate setting out for housing, roads, drainage, utilities, services and associated civil works using Total Station and GPS.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying and resolving engineering issues on site.
- Carry out level checks, as-built surveys and quality control inspections throughout the development.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, groundworkers and the site management team to ensure works are completed accurately and in line with programme.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong setting out skills with experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Good understanding of roads, drainage, services and general site engineering works.
