We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to carry out both preventative and reactive servicing and maintenance of a wide range of domestic heat pumps and mechanical systems in residential housing and apartment developments in Dublin. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working directly with multiple system brands, ensuring performance, efficiency, and reliability across all installations.

Service Engineer Skills:
- Time-served Plumber with proven experience in servicing and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic heat pump systems and general mechanical services.
- Experience working across multiple brands and system types.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
As a Service Engineer:
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on domestic heat pumps and associated mechanical systems.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding across multiple brands and system types.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing and mechanical issues, ensuring systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for all works undertaken.
- Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to deliver a professional and reliable service.
- Adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
