Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities of subcontractors across multiple trades.
- Support and guide Junior Engineers in their daily duties, ensuring accurate surveying, setting out, and quality control.
- Assist the Site Manager and Project Manager in monitoring progress against the programme, identifying delays or risks early, and helping to re-sequence works to maintain deadlines.
- Liaise with design teams, utility providers, and client representatives to resolve design queries, coordinate service connections, and ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Site Engineer/Senior Engineer role with an Irish Main Contractor or Developer.
- Strong setting out skills using GPS and Total Station.
- Confident managing subcontractors and Junior Engineers.
- Experience with RC structures, groundworks, and housing developments.
