The Project: Groundworks/Civils Packages on Major Residential projects
The Package: €75,000 - €85,000 Vehicle Fuel Pension Accommodation (if needed)

Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of major groundworks and civils packages on a large scale residential project involving drainage, utilities, roads and infrastructure works.
You’ll be joining a contractor known for delivering large projects to a high standard as well as a strong reputation for retaining staff and promoting from within. The role offers real stability, a strong support structure on site and the chance to work alongside an experienced management team.
This position will suit someone who enjoys being heavily involved in day to day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, mentoring junior engineers and driving quality across all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all civil and groundworks packages are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers and design teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials across multiple work areas as well as mentoring Junior Engineers.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience as a site based Engineer in Ireland
- Experience using Total Stations, GPS and surveying equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of drainage, utilities, roads and groundworks packages.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
