They are working on a major €100m project in West Dublin consisting of 375 residential units spread across 8 blocks ranging from 4 to 6 storeys, along with a creche facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the engineering function on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead all setting out and surveying activities across groundworks, precast structural elements and external works.
- Manage QA processes including ITPs, inspections, as builts and reporting, while ensuring full compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain workflow.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role in Ireland.
- Strong understanding of QA procedures, site documentation and finishing standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and drive performance on site.
