  • Develop labour-loaded programmes, S-curves, histograms, and project reporting tools.
  • Support project teams during client programme negotiations and planning reviews.
  • Coordinate programme development with project managers, commercial teams, and main contractors.
  • Monitor project performance and provide early warning of programme risks and delays.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, programme performance, and project delivery outcomes.
  • Develop mitigation and recovery programmes where required.
  • Monitor labour productivity and earned value performance in conjunction with commercial teams.
  • Chair look-ahead meetings and support short-term planning activities on site.
  • Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain programme records and ensure schedules remain current and accurate.
  • Escalate programme risks and performance concerns to senior management where required.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Planners and junior planning staff.
  • Support bid teams with tender planning, resource schedules, and programme development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and project controls systems.
