Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering function on site, ensuring works meet design specifications, QA standards and H&S requirements.
- Take ownership of setting-out, surveying and day-to-day technical problem-solving in collaboration with the wider project team.
- Support and guide Junior Engineers, checking accuracy of setting-out and maintaining clear site records.
- Work closely with site management, subcontractors and client teams to keep the programme on track and deliver key milestones smoothly.
Requirements
- Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
- Strong initiative and the ability to drive tasks independently.
- Good commercial awareness and a track record of hitting programme and quality targets.
- At least 5 years’ experience with an Irish Main Contractor or Developer, ideally on residential or mixed-use builds.
