A highly regarded Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor is currently on the lookout for a Senior Engineer for various energy and utilities infrastructure projects based in Limerick.
As Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of site engineering functions, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
- Strong expertise in setting out, surveying, and managing day to day technical site operations.
- Experience in supervising junior engineers and coordinating subcontractor activities.
- In-depth understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation and quality compliance standards within construction.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all on-site engineering activities, ensuring construction aligns with drawings, specifications and best practice guidelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and graduates, fostering a high-performing site team.
- Assess drawings and technical documentation, highlighting any issues and working collaboratively with the design team to resolve them.
- Monitor and enforce quality control systems to ensure works meet contractual and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
