Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering and technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage setting out and quality control on site, coordinating with the design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues.
- Supervise and mentor Junior Engineers, ensuring accurate record keeping and delivery of works in line with project timelines.
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Engineering qualification.
- To be self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with an Irish Main Contractor/Developer, preferably on residential/commercial projects.
