Are you a QA/QC Engineer looking to work on large-scale data centre projects across Europe, based on-site in Espoo, Finland?
This is a site-based quality role, suited to an experienced QA/QC professional who can ensure the highest standards of quality management across Mechanical and Electrical disciplines on complex, high-value data centre projects.
You’ll work closely with construction teams, subcontractors and project management to ensure quality systems are effectively implemented, maintained and continuously improved throughout the project lifecycle.

QA/QC Engineer Skills:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect at least €65,000 plus package.

QA/QC Engineer Skills:
- Strong background in QA/QC within construction, MEP or data centre environments
- Proven experience delivering quality assurance and quality control across Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
- Experience planning and conducting quality audits and site inspections
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection/test plans
- Experience on Data Centre projects is essential
- Working knowledge of scheduling, programming and construction sequencing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality improvement
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify effective implementation of quality control processes
- Ensure quality management system objectives are achieved for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
- Ensure quality policies are clearly understood, implemented and maintained on site
- Review and approve subcontractor quality systems and quality plans to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Provide guidance and technical input to site teams to drive continuous quality improvement
- Support construction teams to resolve quality issues and achieve project feasibility and compliance
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports and documentation throughout the project
