An exciting Irish Developer can offer you long term work in North Dublin. With a 60 unit residential housing development beginning next month this growing Developer have a need for a Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take full control of the site from groundworks and pipework to finish.

Project Manager Skills:

• You have 7 years construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
• You have experience as a Project Manager / Site Manager managing large crews on site.
• You have worked on large residential projects
• You have a Qualification in a construction related field or a strong Trades background

 

As Project Manager: Responsibilities will include: 

• Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Meeting agreed programme targets
• Managing Health and Safety on site
• Excellent knowledge of Trades and background

 

The Package: An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €80,000 - €100,000 car, fuel card, bonus, pension. Negotiable, depending on experience.
