The Role – Project Manager
As Project Manager, you’ll lead a major infrastructure project in Cork, overseeing design, delivery, and commercial performance from pre-construction to completion.
You’ll manage multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical, and electrical teams, ensuring the project meets all programme, quality, and safety objectives while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The Role – Project Manager
As Project Manager, you’ll lead a major infrastructure project in Cork, overseeing design, delivery, and commercial performance from pre-construction to completion.
You’ll manage multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical, and electrical teams, ensuring the project meets all programme, quality, and safety objectives while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of a major civil infrastructure project, from planning through to handover.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including design, site, and subcontractor staff.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical and commercial leadership across civil, M&E, and ICA disciplines.
- Maintain close client and stakeholder relationships to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Drive innovation, cost efficiency, and technical excellence in project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in civil or infrastructure project delivery.
- Proven track record managing large-scale or design-and-build contracts.
- Strong technical understanding of civil works, utilities, and M&E integration.
- Excellent commercial acumen and leadership capability.
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
- Chartered Engineer status desirable but not essential.
- Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
