We are seeking an experienced MEP Detailer to join a high-performing engineering delivery team working on technically complex projects based in Dublin.
This is a permanent role offering long-term project security, exposure to leading-edge engineering developments, and clear progression within a structured BIM and coordination environment. This position will suit a detail-oriented MEP professional with a strong background in BIM coordination who enjoys working closely with project engineers, site teams and design leads to deliver clash-free, buildable models and drawings.
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical services from early coordination through to installation and record drawings.

The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary in the region of €65,000 plus package.

MEP Detailer Skills:
- Third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a strong trade background combined with a BIM qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an MEP detailing or BIM coordination role
- Strong mechanical or electrical background with proven experience delivering coordinated models and drawings
- Advanced proficiency in Revit; experience with Fabrication CAD is advantageous
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and site installation practices
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
- Experience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary BIM environment
- Deliver all 3D and 2D MEP coordination outputs in line with the project BIM Execution Plan
- Produce coordinated Revit models and detailed installation drawings for mechanical and electrical services
- Carry out regular clash detection against federated models and support clash resolution
- Maintain and administer model files, drawing registers and coordination documentation
- Support project engineers and site teams by providing clear, buildable drawings
- Assist with the preparation of verified record (as-built) drawings
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input as required
- Carry out site surveys and verification works, including point cloud and total station data where applicable
- Support tender submissions and pre-construction drawing requirements when required
- Work closely with BIM leads and coordinators to ensure consistent standards across projects
