You are an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in MEP project delivery, looking to join a leading contractor delivering complex, high-value engineering projects across The Netherlands and wider Europe.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing multiple live MEP construction projects, managing multidisciplinary site teams, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme and commercial control. You will work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Clients and Senior Leadership to drive operational excellence across all sites.

Construction Manager – Skills & Experience: Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Leadership role
Strong background in MEP construction projects (electrical and/or mechanical)
Proven track record managing multiple sites and high-value, complex engineering projects
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coordinate large, multidisciplinary site teams
Strong commercial awareness with experience overseeing budgets and project performance
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and site coordination
Strong knowledge of quality, safety and regulatory compliance within European construction environments
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility to work within Europe
Willingness to travel regularly across European project locations
As a Construction Manager you will: Oversee the delivery of multiple MEP construction projects from mobilisation through to completion
Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Site Managers and construction teams
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across several sites to ensure consistent delivery standards
Monitor programme performance, productivity, cost control and risk across all projects
Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual, technical and regulatory requirements
Maintain a strong safety-first culture across all sites and project teams
Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded through effective planning and site control
Manage labour resources, subcontractors and site logistics to optimise efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Support project teams in resolving technical, programme and commercial challenges
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance
Health, Safety & Quality: Champion a strong EHS culture across all projects and sites
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, company procedures and client standards
Promote best practice in quality management, documentation and reporting
Drive continuous improvement in construction delivery and site performance
The Package: A competitive salary of €95,000 – €120,000 DOE is on offer, along with a strong benefits package, European travel support, long-term career progression, and the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically challenging MEP projects across multiple European markets.
