You are an experienced and organised Maintenance Manager who can lead a maintenance team based out of Dublin. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the Maintenance Department, from scheduling engineers to coordinating service and maintenance works across multiple sites.

Maintenance Manager Skills:
  • Diploma or 3rd-level qualification in Engineering or a Maintenance-related discipline (preferred).
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling certs.
  • Full clean Irish driver’s licence.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service department or facilities management role.
  • Mechanical maintenance background desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding of building utilities systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ABM software is an advantage.
  • Irish construction experience.

As a Maintenance Manager:
  • Plan and manage all day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve breakdowns and keep everything running to plan.
  • Manage the scheduling of engineers and PPM contracts through our management system.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet engineering, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor team performance, budgets, and department operations, reporting directly to management.
  • Communicate with clients on PPMs, callouts, and remedial work, including preparing quotes.
  • Keep maintenance records, FGAS registers, and spare parts logs up to date.
  • Maintain full compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
  • Take ownership of document control — including RAMS, health & safety info, and client reports.
  • Track building system performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €75,000 plus package to and more.
