Responsibilities
- Oversee hard & soft FM services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security, landscaping, catering, waste, and pest control.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Lead and supervise FM teams including supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate and manage third-party contractors and service providers.
- Act as the key client contact, attending regular meetings and presenting performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and emergency drills as required.
- Monitor and control budgets, reporting on KPIs, incidents, and maintenance performance.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and additional project works.
- 10+ years’ experience in facilities or property management, with at least 5 years in a management role with an outsourced FM provider.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage both in-house and vendor teams.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IOSH/NEBOSH, PMP or similar.

- €80,000 basic salary (DOE).
