Due to ongoing growth within your new company’s Power Division, they are expanding their team and looking for a skilled and driven Electrical Quantity Surveyor/Estimator based out of Kildare or Dublin.

As an Electrical QS/Estimator:  
  • Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or Engineer with proven experience in the electrical services industry.
  • Strong background in managing electrical projects, from tendering through to commercial administration.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working well in a team environment.

Electrical QS/Estimator Skills:  
  • Review and respond to electrical work package tenders, preparing accurate estimates in collaboration with our operational team.
  • Take charge of the commercial administration for secured electrical projects, including establishing project folders, managing budgets, and processing payment applications.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on project costs, ensuring financial oversight from start to finish.
  • Handle the valuation of variations and additional work items, ensuring the commercial integrity of each project.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project delivery teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least of €85,000 plus package to include vehicle, bonus, pension, healthcare & more.
