The Package:

As an Electrical QS/Estimator:
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or Engineer with proven experience in the electrical services industry.
- Strong background in managing electrical projects, from tendering through to commercial administration.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working well in a team environment.
Electrical QS/Estimator Skills:
- Review and respond to electrical work package tenders, preparing accurate estimates in collaboration with our operational team.
- Take charge of the commercial administration for secured electrical projects, including establishing project folders, managing budgets, and processing payment applications.
- Track, evaluate, and report on project costs, ensuring financial oversight from start to finish.
- Handle the valuation of variations and additional work items, ensuring the commercial integrity of each project.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project delivery teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
