The Role: Electrical Package Manager
As Electrical Package Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major electrical package on a large-scale data centre project in Dublin, Co Dublin. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate all electrical installation activities from early planning through to testing, commissioning and final handover.
Working closely with the commercial team, design consultants, subcontractors and client representatives, you will ensure the electrical package is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Electrical Package Manager with a strong background delivering complex electrical building services packages on major construction projects. You understand the demands of live site environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple subcontractors while maintaining programme and quality standards.
You are organised, technically strong and confident communicating with project teams, consultants and clients. Your experience allows you to identify potential issues early and keep electrical works progressing efficiently through every stage of construction.

The Role: Electrical Package Manager

Must Have Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years' experience as an Electrical Package Manager or Senior Electrical Engineer on major construction projects
- Proven experience delivering electrical building services packages for a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline is required
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, commissioning and quality management
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission critical project experience
- Experience managing electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Knowledge of BCAR, commissioning documentation and technical submittals
- Experience using MS Project and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working on large fast-track construction projects
- Familiarity with BIM processes and digital project management systems
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project changes
- Lead the delivery of the electrical package from installation through to commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and specialist vendors across all electrical works
- Monitor programme milestones using short-term look-ahead planning
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation
- Manage RFIs, technical submissions, inspection records and quality documentation
- Support the commercial team with variations, valuations and scope changes
- Ensure testing, commissioning and handover activities are completed on programme
- Maintain accurate as-built records and O&M documentation
- Liaise daily with the Project Manager, client representatives and design consultants
- Drive high standards of health, safety, quality and programme delivery throughout the project
