Overview:
An established Civil Engineering Main Contractor is looking for an experienced Civils Site Agent with 10+ years’ industry experience. You will take a leading role in delivering key works on a live road infrastructure project in West Dublin.
The position involves a broad scope of civil engineering works including pavement upgrades, drainage, gantry installation, safety barriers, and traffic management. In addition, you’ll oversee design & build elements, planning and programming, commercial input, and the coordination of engineers and foremen on site.
With a base split between the West Dublin office and active sites, this role provides both stability and variety, with the chance to contribute to one of Ireland’s most significant long-term infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and supervising sections of civil engineering works within the Motorway Maintenance Framework.
- Managing design & build coordination and ensuring smooth delivery of multidisciplinary elements.
- Leading planning, programming, and cost control activities.
- Mentoring and guiding engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience on Irish civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale civils/infrastructure works.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on management style.
