A leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Site Agent with 10+ years’ experience to join their team. You will play a key role on a recently awarded Civil Engineering Framework, managing key sections of work across West Dublin.
This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role on a long-term, high-profile infrastructure programme. You’ll be working across complex civils and building elements, design & build coordination, and planning, while managing a strong team of engineers and foremen.
Based between the West Dublin office and sites, this role offers both variety and stability, with the chance to make a lasting impact on one of Ireland’s most significant civils programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing sections of civils and general building works across the Infrastructure Framework.
- Coordinating design and build activities, ensuring efficient integration of project elements.
- Overseeing planning, programming, and costing of works.
- Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience on civil engineering projects in Ireland.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale civils/infrastructure works.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
