The Role – BIM Lead
As BIM Lead, you will take full ownership of the BIM and digital construction strategy on a major data centre project in Germany. You will lead BIM coordination across all disciplines, ensuring seamless integration between design, construction and commissioning teams.
This is a senior position where you will drive standards, manage BIM teams and ensure that all digital deliverables align with programme, quality and client expectations. Your role will have a direct impact on project efficiency, clash reduction and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution strategy across the full project lifecycle
- Manage and coordinate BIM teams across mechanical, electrical and CSA packages
- Oversee model coordination, clash detection and resolution processes
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols and workflows are implemented and maintained
- Liaise with design teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure model accuracy
- Drive digital construction initiatives to improve project efficiency and delivery
- Monitor programme alignment with BIM deliverables and key milestones
- Produce and review BIM reports, documentation and model outputs
- Act as the main point of contact for all BIM related queries on site
- Support commissioning and handover through accurate digital documentation
- Strong background in BIM coordination or BIM management within construction or MEP environments
- Experience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or large scale commercial projects
- Proven track record leading BIM teams on complex construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and common data environments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive teams
- Detail focused with a strong commitment to quality and programme delivery
- Proactive, solutions driven and comfortable working in fast paced site environments
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
