The Role BIM Coordinator
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful coordination of MEP services on a major data centre project. Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you will ensure all BIM outputs are aligned with the BIM Execution Plan and project programme.
You will take ownership of clash detection and resolution, support complex installation sequencing and ensure accurate, coordinated models are delivered to site teams. Your work will directly impact buildability, efficiency and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM coordination across mechanical, electrical and CSA disciplines
- Lead clash detection using Navisworks and drive resolution with project teams
- Deliver coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models in line with programme milestones
- Work closely with package managers and site engineers to support installation
- Ensure all BIM outputs align with the BIM Execution Plan and project standards
- Maintain model integrity, version control and accurate documentation
- Attend coordination meetings and technical workshops
- Support and mentor junior BIM team members where required
- Background in BIM, digital engineering or building services engineering
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role
- Strong Revit MEP experience with a focus on coordination
- Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and model review
- Experience working on large scale construction or data centre projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and installation sequencing
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Organised, detail focused and capable of managing multiple priorities
- EU work authorisation is essential
