Strong Quantity Surveyor - Wicklow - New housing project

Ireland, Dublin

€65,000 - €75,000 + vehicle, bonus, pension, healthcare

The Developer:

One of Ireland's leading and most prestigious Residential Developer's with years of experience building 1000's of high end quality homes and residential apartments annually. Due to an expanding portfolio our client currently have a need for a strong Quantity Surveyor located on a new, long term housing development in Wicklow.

 

Quantity Surveyor Skills:

The Quantity Surveyor role would suit a delivery orientated, career driven individual with 5+ years post - graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience in Housing, RC Frame / apartments / commercial projects is desirable.

 

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

  • 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer or Contractor.
  • Experience of residential building / commercial projects
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
  • Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
  • To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
  • Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
  • Reporting on budgets and variations
  • Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 - €75,000 (negotiable) + vehicle + bonus + pension.
