Site Manager

A leading Irish top tier Main Contractor with some of the largest projects in the country including a €100m apartment block, €50m office development and a €multi-million Data Centre to name just a few of the live sites across the Dublin / Leinster area.

They currently have a need for an experienced construction Site Manager to work on a new €multi-million Pharma project In Westmeath.


Site Manager Skills:

The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a Degree / Qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years Main Contractor experience, with a background in commercial / pharmaceutical / healthcare projects.


As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Supplier, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to the Project Manager, managing Health and Safety on site.


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle, pension, healthcare. Negotiable, depending on experience.
