Site Manager

Are you seeking a Site Manager role in Mayo with a Main Contractor that looks after their staff? Maybe you're based in Dublin or the UK and you're looking for long term work in the west of Ireland? You will be working for a thriving, medium sized Main Contractor based in the west of Ireland who are working on retail projects, schools, residential housing and healthcare projects in Galway, Sligo, Mayo and Leitrim. The project you will be working on will be a large retail project for a prestigious client in north Mayo.

 

Site Manager Skills:

You are an experienced, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a Degree / Qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years Main Contractor experience with a background in Retail / commercial / mixed use construction.

 

As Site Manager:

Your responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Supplier, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contracts Manager, managing Health and Safety on site.

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for you, with a basic salary of €60,000 - €70,000 (Negotiable) + package, depending on experience.
