Site Manager - Major healthcare project - Kilkenny

Site Manager

One of Ireland's leading top tier Main Contractors with several €multi-million projects across the country including high rise apartments, mixed use developments, data centres, healthcare projects, residential developments and pharma projects.

They currently have a need for a strong Site Manager with Main Contracting experience to work on a new build, €40m healthcare sector project in Kilkenny. This is a long term project with more projects in the area expected.

 

Site Manager Skills:

The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a Degree / Qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years Main Contractor experience, with a background in Healthcare / commercial / mixed use construction.

 

As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Supplier, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contracts Manager, managing Health and Safety on site.

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 - €75,000 (Negotiable) + vehicle + healthcare + pension, depending on experience.
