Site Manager - Dublin - Timber Frame development

€60,000 - €70,000 + package

Site Manager:

An award winning, progressive Timber Frame contractor with a number of live residential sites across Dublin / Leinster. They currently have a need for a strong Site Manager to work on a large scale residential development in Dublin, with further sites beginning this year guaranteeing a long term role in the Dublin area.

 

Site Manager Skills:

The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual, with 8+ years’ experience in construction with residential housing experience.

A third level qualification would be welcomed but is not mandatory with a trade background acceptable.

 

As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include:

Managing the project from set-up to handover, completing the project within budget and specifications, managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, attending Client progress meetings, excellent knowledge of trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction, managing Health and Safety on Site.

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €60,000 - €70,000 (Neg) + package
