Site Manager

A highly successful Irish Main Contractor with over 80 years construction experience working on some of the most high profile projects across Ireland, predominantly in the Dublin / Leinster area. Current projects include high rise apartments, hotels, data centres, residential housing and office developments.

They currently have a need for an experienced Site Manager to work on a €70m office development in Dublin consisting of 2no. 6 storey blocks over a double basement.


Site Manager Skills:

  • The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual
  • Qualification in a construction related field
  • 7+ years Main Contractor experience
  • Experience with RC Frame and high rise offices / apartments


As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing Subcontractors, construction team and supplier
  • Reporting to the Project Manager
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Meeting agreed programme targets
  • Managing Health and Safety on site
  • Excellent knowledge of Trades and background


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €75,000 + vehicle, pension, healthcare. Negotiable, depending on experience.
