Site Manager - €100m New High Rise - Leading Main Contractor

€70,000 - €80,000 (negotiable) + vehicle, pension, healthcare

Site Manager

One of Ireland's leading top tier Main Contractors with several €multi-million projects across Dublin and Kildare including high rise apartments, mixed use developments, data centres, healthcare projects, residential developments, pharma projects, roads and pipeline projects.

They currently have a need for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a new 10 storey, €100m mixed use residential apartments and hotel development.


Site Manager Skills:

The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a Degree / Qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years Main Contractor experience, with a background in commercial / residential / mixed use  construction. Strong experience with RC Frame is preferred.


As Site Manager:

Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Supplier, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contracts Manager, managing Health and Safety on site.


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €70,000 - €80,000 (Negotiable) + vehicle + healthcare + pension, depending on experience.
