Site Engineer - Kildare - Major Developer

€50,000 - €55,000 + full package

Site Engineer:

A major Residential Developer with a huge portfolio of projects consisting of high rise apartments and duplex houses in North Dublin and South Dublin as well as Kildare, Meath and Wicklow.

They currently have a permanent position for a Site Engineer based in Kildare on a €multi-million project, consisting of over 250 dwellings including apartments, duplexes and luxury housing. The offer provides huge potential for career progression with one of the most progressive construction companies in Ireland.

 

Site Engineer Skills:

The Site Engineer role would suit a self-reliant, delivery orientated individual with 3+ years commercial / residential construction experience with an Engineering qualification. Experience with apartments / RC Frame / housing would be welcomed.

 

Site Engineer:

Responsibilities will include: Reporting to Senior Engineer on site, coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records, developing strong relationships with sub-contractors, quality control for sub-contractor's work, setting out for: subcontractors (giving gridlines / levels), foundations, house plots.

 

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €50,000 - €55,000 + bonus, pension, vehicle, healthcare, gym membership, depending on experience.
