Site Engineer - Cork - 280 bed high rise development

€45,000 - €55,000 + package

The Main Contractor:

One of Ireland's top Main Contractors with projects in the commercial, pharma, leisure and residential sectors across Munster and Leinster, including Cork, Dublin and Limerick. They currently have a permanent position for a Site Engineer to work on 6 storey mixed use development in Cork City consisting of a 280 bed residence, co-working space, café/ bar, meeting rooms and ancillary spaces.


Site Engineer Skills:

The Site Engineer role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual with 2+ years commercial / mixed development construction experience with an Engineering qualification. Experience with RC Frame / apartments / student accommodation would be beneficial.


Site Engineer:

Responsibilities will include: Coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records, developing strong relationships with sub-contractors, quality control for sub-contractor's work, setting out, working alongside the Senior Engineer and Project Manager to ensure targets are met.


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €45,000 - €55,000 + package, depending on experience.
