Senior Site Manager - Wicklow - €80m development

Senior Site Manager:

Ireland's most prestigious residential developer with high end apartments and housing projects of values up to €100m spanning the Dublin / Leinster region. They currently have a need for a Senior Site Manager located in north Wicklow.

The total project is approx. €80m in value consisting of over 350 dwellings, including high rise apartment blocks, houses and duplex apartments


Senior Site Manager Skills:

The Senior Site Manager role would suit an experienced, self-reliant, delivery orientated individual, 10+ years’ experience, with a background in large scale residential / mixed use construction. A degree / higher diploma in a construction related field would be welcomed but is not mandatory.


As Senior Site Manager

Responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contracts Manager, Managing Health and Safety on Site.


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 - €80,000 (Negotiable) + bonus, pension and healthcare.
